Week 7 Reflection Blog

The SMC has been eye opening in the sense that it has better helped me understand all the people who have come together in defense of dolphins and their rights. The most important issue my desired species has faces is being placed in captivity and written off as slaves for entertainment. It is important to me, personally, because it is something I have seen since I was small. Going to aquariums and Sea World, I grew and realized it was wrong for not only dolphins, but other large mammals to be held in such small areas when they are meant to be free in the endless depths of the ocean.
