Blog Responses and Twitter Updates

This week on twitter I tried to focus in more on communication; I shared videos about echolocation on behalf of bats and dolphins. They were short videos but I Gained so much knowledge from both of them.I have always been amazed by the way dolphins use echolocation, it honestly blows my mind. Through murky waters, echolocation allows for dolphins to navigate their way through the ocean. Other things I did on twitter this week were following more researchers, doctors and organizations that share posts, links and videos of communication amongst wildlife. I also shared a research article on elephant communication. There were quite a few posts of my classmates that I absolutely enjoyed engaging with, there was a research study on fish experiencing pain that blew my mind!

As for blog responses, one of my favorite posts I read was by one of our classmates, Andres Moreno. He wrote his blog on chickens, of all animals it had never once crossed my mind research would be done on chickens and their thought processes. I had not considered the emotions or cognition of chickens.
